Job description
职位概况
我们正在寻找具备扎实数据处理和机器学习背景的数据工程师，负责构建和优化数据工作流，支撑AI/ML模型的训练与推理。
主要职责
- 从零设计并实现高效的数据管道，支持大规模数据的采集、清洗、标注和版本管理。
- 维护和改进现有数据系统，确保数据质量和可靠性。
- 与机器学习团队协作，提供特征工程和数据准备支持。
任职要求
- 计算机科学、数据工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 具备至少2年Python开发经验，熟悉SQL及ETL/ELT流程。
- 了解并使用过Airflow、Spark、Databricks等工具或类似大数据平台。
