职位概况
负责对支付宝（花呗/借呗）逾期账单客户进行电话沟通，提供解决方案并帮助客户处理账务问题。
主要职责
- 通过电话联系逾期客户，了解其还款困难并提供相应的还款方案。
- 记录沟通内容，确保信息准确完整。
- 配合团队完成每日催收目标。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历（优秀应届毕业生可放宽至大专）。
- 经验不限，具备良好的客户沟通技巧和应变能力。
- 能够承受一定工作压力，工作积极主动，具备高度责任心。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Excel进行数据处理。
- 熟练使用Word撰写文档。
