职位概况
负责公司保险及金融理财客户的邀约工作，组织并推动客户参加保险产品交流会和理财投资说明会，提升客户参与度和满意度。
主要职责
- 通过电话与潜在客户沟通，邀请其参加公司举办的保险产品交流会和理财投资说明会。
- 根据客户实际情况，匹配合适的销售方案并进行现场推介。
- 收集、整理并维护客户信息，建立长期合作关系。
- 定期向上级汇报邀约进度与效果，提出改进建议。
任职要求
- 具备良好的沟通能力和电话销售经验。
- 熟悉电话销售流程和技巧，能够独立完成邀约任务。
- 学习能力强，愿意接受系统培训提升专业技能。
- 性格开朗，具备团队合作精神，能积极参与团队活动。
- 能够适应工作压力，具备良好的抗压能力。
- 有保险、金融或相关行业经验者优先。
