职位概况
负责集团涉外法律文件的起草、审核及风险提示，支持海外收购、合规管理等工作，提供全方位的法律支持。
主要职责
- 起草、审核全球品牌合作框架协议、服务协议、借款协议等涉外文件。
- 调研并修订不同国家地区的劳动合同、顾问协议。
- 协助投资部处理海外收购并购法律事务，对接三方律所。
- 维护集团海外子公司日常法律事务及KYC、董监高变更。
- 参与全球合规制度制定，优化模板并开展培训。
- 整理部门周报、月报，汇报重大合同状态。
任职要求
- 具备扎实的法律专业知识，已通过法律职业资格考试。
- 英语流利，可作为工作语言。
- 有跨国集团法务部工作经验者优先。
必备技能
- 熟悉涉外合同起草与审查流程。
- 了解国际并购法律风险及合规要求。
