职位概况
我们正在寻找热爱猎头与互联网、善于沟通的人事招聘专员，负责为客户寻找合适人才。
主要职责
- 分析客户需求，明确职位标准。
- 制定访寻方向，列出目标公司名单。
- 通过猎必得系统、招聘网站、社交平台及转介绍等渠道搜寻候选人并收集简历。
- 与候选人沟通职位信息，评估其意向并向项目经理推荐合适人选。
- 完成职位操作流程，确保招聘进度。
- 维护并拓展候选人资料库，持续收集行业人才信息。
任职要求
- 大专以上学历，专业不限。
- 接受实习生应聘。
- 对猎头或互联网行业有浓厚兴趣，喜欢与人沟通。
- 表达流利，沟通顺畅，逻辑思维清晰。
- 具备目标感和进取心，敢于挑战，结果导向。
