职位概况
负责湖南区域的市场营销推广，统筹品牌宣传、渠道策略及新品上市工作，确保营销计划有效落地并产生回报。
主要职责
- 制定并执行全年各品牌的市场推广、渠道策略及新品上市方案。
- 推进各档期专项营销、渠道方案的策划、执行与反馈。
- 管理大区BTL费用的规划、执行、回顾及监管。
- 负责全渠道品牌形象建设、门店标准化呈现及重点门店合作活动。
- 统筹品宣物料的申请、使用与管理。
- 协助制定并落实全省渠道及产品策略。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历。
- 3年以上Trade Marketing相关工作经验，快消行业背景优先，零售行业亦可。
必备技能
- 熟练使用办公软件（如Excel、PowerPoint等）。
