职位概况
负责所管辖单元的猪只饲养管理及日常护理工作，监测养猪场环境，提供数据支持并协助场长进行技术赋能和绩效管理。
主要职责
- 执行猪只饲喂、保健、卫生、病猪治疗及巡检工作。
- 监测场内温度、湿度等环境因素，确保动物舒适度。
- 跟踪记录生产指标、健康情况和饲养成本，为决策提供数据支持。
- 学习养猪理论，协助场长落实技术赋能、绩效管理和人才培养。
- 学习成本管理，控制生产成本，提高效率，支撑公司利润。
任职要求
- 具备良好的团队合作精神，能够有效沟通。
- 对养殖行业有浓厚兴趣，愿意接受挑战。
- 能够适应养殖场工作环境，具备责任心。
- 具备基本养殖知识和技能，愿意学习新知识。
