职位概况
企业管培生项目通过轮岗学习，帮助新人快速熟悉农场业务流程及产业形态，并在人资行政中心、董办、总办等部门进一步培养专业素养，实现职能与业务的深度融合。
主要职责
- 参与农场基础岗位轮岗学习3-6个月，熟悉业务流程及产业形态；
- 轮岗结束后调往人资行政中心、董办、总办等部门试岗，培养专业素养；
- 推动职能与业务融合，匹配业务发展需求。
任职要求
- 人力资源类、行政管理、工商管理、秘书学等相关专业；
- 接受农场轮岗安排，适应农场工作环境；
- 吃苦耐劳，积极主动，具备较强沟通协调能力。
