职位概况
负责酒店泳池及水上设施的安全管理，确保客人享受安全舒适的泳池体验。
主要职责
- 及时解决客人在泳池区遇到的问题，并向部门经理汇报。
- 迎接客人、分发及收集毛巾等物品，满足客人需求。
- 提醒客人关注当天天气及海况，保障客人安全。
- 识别并有效应对紧急情况，执行水上设施的政策、规则和条例。
- 检查设备运行情况，报告不安全状况并配合主管处理。
- 配合工程部推进低碳、环保、节能减排工作，参与酒店公益活动。
任职要求
- 持有有效的救生员证书。
- 能够完成上述各项工作任务。
- 具备良好的沟通能力，能够代表酒店品牌文化。
必备技能
- 救生证（国家或地区认可的救生员资格）。
