文华东方三亚珊瑚湾酒店诚聘泳池餐厅服务员，负责为宾客提供高品质的点餐、上菜及用餐环境维护。
主要职责
- 准确、及时记录并上送宾客点单。
- 预判并满足宾客需求，提升用餐体验。
- 与服务助理协作，保持餐区整洁有序。
- 提供细致入微的高端餐饮服务。
任职要求
- 具备餐饮服务经验，熟悉高端餐厅操作流程。
- 具备良好的沟通与服务意识，能够主动解决客诉。
- 能够在团队中协作，遵守管理层制定的服务标准。
必备技能
- 熟练使用点餐系统或收银设备。
- 了解餐饮卫生与安全规范。
