职位概况
文华东方酒店集团在三亚珊瑚湾的豪华度假酒店现招聘值班经理，负责前厅部的日常运营，确保宾客体验符合品牌LQE标准。
主要职责
- 监督宾客需求的及时、准确响应，确保服务质量。
- 快速处理宾客投诉，协调内部资源解决问题并跟进反馈。
- 牵头应对突发紧急情况，维护现场秩序与宾客安全。
- 向宾客体验经理汇报工作进展。
任职要求
- 具备酒店前厅或客务管理经验。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和问题解决能力。
- 能够在高压环境下保持专业态度。
- 具备团队合作精神，能够带领团队达成目标。
