职位概况
负责三亚海棠湾君悦酒店财务部的整体运营，确保财务工作高效、合规，支持酒店业务发展。
主要职责
- 保障财务部顺畅运作，落实集团财务策略。
- 编制并更新财务部门运营手册。
- 监督酒店遵循公司及酒店财务政策、流程。
- 严格执行政府劳动法及税法规定。
- 根据行业、公司及酒店需求，及时调整财务职能。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历。
- 5年以上财务主管或同等岗位经验，具国际酒店集团背景者优先。
- 熟悉酒店财务管理模式及系统。
- 具备良好的英语口头及书面表达能力。
必备技能
- 酒店财务管理系统
