负责牛客APP Android客户端的架构设计与功能开发，提升客户端启动速度30%以上，确保项目按时交付。
主要职责
- 进行Android客户端架构设计与功能开发。
- 优化客户端性能，提升启动速度。
- 配合产品团队完成需求评审。
- 维护现有代码库，降低线上Crash率至0.1%以下。
任职要求
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 熟悉Java/Kotlin语言。
- 掌握Android SDK核心组件。
- 了解MVVM架构模式。
- 具备实际项目开发经验。
