职位概况

负责对AI模型生成的视频字幕文本进行事实纠错和质量提升，确保输出准确、流畅的Caption，用于后续模型训练或评测。

主要职责

审校并修正AI生成的视频描述中的幻觉、错误、格式违规及逻辑矛盾。
从导演视角分析构图、运镜、光影等视听语言，提升描述的专业性。
从演员视角评估镜头对表演细节的捕捉，完善情绪氛围的表达。
输出高质量的Caption，供平台模型迭代使用。

任职要求

全日制本科及以上学历，影视艺术类专业或985/211影视相关专业。
无工作经验要求，接受在校研究生兼职。
具备标注、质检或评测经验者优先。
有学生作品获国内一线电影节奖项者加分。

必备技能

熟悉视频内容结构及视听语言分析。
具备文字校对与编辑能力。

我们提供

月薪7000-15000元人民币。
工作时间10:00-19:00，周末双休。
山东省潍坊市办公地点，提供全职及研究生兼职岗位。
