负责转向软件团队的人员发展、能力建设、软件项目交付以及本地和全球协作，确保EPS/EHPS项目按时、高质量交付。
主要职责
- 负责转向软件团队人员发展、能力建设、软件项目交付及本地/全球合作。
- 主导风险和项目优先级管理，协调开发资源，确保纯电助力转向及电液助力转向软件项目按期、满足质量和流程要求交付。
- 主持软件技术评审、变更管理和问题解决。
- 与德国总部全球软件开发团队对接，提供平台软件开发服务并共同提升能力。
