负责电力电子产品的制造工艺链定义与优化，支持产品研发并推动全球工艺标准化。
主要职责
- 制定并评估电力电子产品（如Xin1、6合1、PE变体）的制造工艺链。
- 分析制造技术的成本、质量及可扩展性。
- 开发制造标准及工艺构建套件。
- 为产品开发提供制造专业支持。
- 推动工艺链优化与技术创新。
- 协调全球工艺标准化工作。
任职要求
- 机械工程、电子制造或相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 8年以上电力电子制造经验。
- 熟悉装配、点胶、粘接、测试等工艺。
- 具备汽车电子工业化经验。
- 了解制造成本优化与工艺规划。
- 具备良好的英文沟通能力。
