职位概况
负责工艺标准作业的执行与更新，推动局部工艺优化，提高生产效率，支持质量体系和新产品导入。
主要职责
- 执行并更新标准作业文件（SOP、作业指导书等）。
- 推动局部工艺优化与效率提升。
- 主导制程问题的PSS（Problem Solving）活动。
- 进行工时测量并支持线平衡分析。
- 支持质量体系的执行，包括SPC、FMEA、MSA等基础应用。
- 配合新产品导入（NPI）及工艺验证。
任职要求
- 机械工程、工业工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 3–5年以上制造工程经验，汽车行业经验优先。
- 熟悉制造工艺及精益原则，了解SPC、基础FMEA及8D方法。
- 英语流利，具备良好的中文沟通能力。
- 学习能力强，具备团队合作精神和持续改进意识。
- 责任心强，执行力好，工作主动。
