广东技术师范大学面向海内外诚招百名高层次人才和博士，设立“达之领军学者”“达之学者”“达之青年学者”岗位，旨在提升学科竞争力，推动前沿科研。
主要职责
- 承担学科前沿研究，主持国家或省部级科研项目；
- 发表高水平学术论文，提升学科影响力；
- 指导研究生和青年教师，培养创新人才；
- 参与学科建设与人才培养方案制定。
任职要求
- 具备相应层次的学术成就（如国家级科研奖、重点项目负责人等）；
- 在国内外高校或科研机构拥有显著学术影响力；
- 符合“达之领军学者”“达之学者”“达之青年学者”相应条件；
- 拥有博士学位或相当科研水平。
必备技能
