Job description
职位概况
负责公司在抖音、京东等平台的电商运营工作，涵盖投放、直播、数据分析及跨部门协同，提升店铺GMV与运营效率。
主要职责
- 抖音投放与直播运营：预算管控、素材优化、实时调节投放节奏，提升ROI。
- 京东自营全链路运营：新品上架、后台运维、供应链管理、库存周转及订单对账。
- 全域数据分析与策略迭代：复盘投放、销售、成本等数据，输出可视化报告并优化策略。
- 跨部门协同与项目落地：对接平台、采购、物流、财务等团队，保障运营平稳。
任职要求
- 2年以上抖音投放、直播运营实战经验，熟悉平台规则。
- 具备京东自营店铺运营经验者优先。
- 逻辑思维强，数据分析能力突出，熟练使用Python、PowerBI等工具。
- 沟通表达流畅，抗压能力强，能适应高强度工作节奏。
- 具备财务分析背景者优先。
必备技能
- Python
- PowerBI（或类似数据可视化工具）
- 抖音平台投放与直播运营
- 京东自营店铺管理
- 数据清洗、建模与可视化
