职位概况

加入DHL Global Forwarding，参与空运出口业务的日常运营，协助国内客户及国内外代理的沟通协调，获取物流行业实战经验。

主要职责

联系国内客户及海内外代理，安排空运出口业务并完成系统操作。
与相关部门（含海外部门）协作，解决运输过程中的问题。
处理客户咨询与投诉，维护客户关系。
完成上级交付的其他任务。

任职要求

大专以上学历，物流或国际贸易相关专业优先。
具备CET-4或以上英语水平，能够进行基本的英文口语交流。
熟练使用办公软件，尤其是Excel、Word。
细致认真，责任心强，具备团队合作精神和良好的沟通及时间管理能力。
接受6个月实习期，每周出勤5天，不提供住宿。
