Occupational Health Nurse

About the role

Dow is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join its Zhangjiagang site in China. The role focuses on delivering clinical care, health assessments, and preventive services to support employee wellbeing and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide occupational health services and medical care to employees at the Zhangjiagang Health Center.
• Conduct health assessments and occupational medical surveillance in line with Dow standards or local regulations.
• Deliver health education, counseling, and first‑aid training.
• Support early return‑to‑work and rehabilitation for ill or injured staff.
• Coordinate travel health services and Employee Assistance Program support.
• Develop and implement local health service procedures and support ergonomic programs.
• Ensure clinical quality assurance, operational efficiency, and contribute to regional health performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in medical science or related sector.
• Active medical license.
• Experience in occupational health or corporate health management preferred.
• Strong communication skills with ability to convey information clearly.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
