Health Services Manager

About the role

Dow is seeking a Health Services Manager to lead clinical care, case management and preventive health services for employees at the ZJG site. Reporting to the Regional Health Director, you will ensure occupational health programs meet regulatory, company and business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical care services as part of the site Medical Center team.
• Conduct health assessments, fitness‑for‑duty evaluations and manage chronic health conditions.
• Evaluate work‑related injuries and illnesses and determine employee fitness for duty.
• Lead site emergency response and deliver travel health counseling.
• Coordinate case management for work‑related and personal health cases, developing return‑to‑work plans and monitoring progress.
• Design and implement health assessment programs based on risk groups, chemical and physical hazards, and regulatory standards.
• Deliver preventive health services, health promotion, disease‑prevention interventions and employee counseling.
• Participate in regional occupational health teams to develop and implement operating disciplines, programs and plans.

Required profile

• Qualified health professional with experience in occupational health.
• Ability to provide clinical care, conduct health assessments and manage case‑management processes.
• Knowledge of regulatory health standards and company occupational health guidelines.
• Strong communication skills for employee counseling and emergency response coordination.
