About the role
The Meeting Manager is responsible for delivering seamless events and meetings at Crowne Plaza, ensuring guest satisfaction and maximizing revenue through effective planning and upselling.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare weekly events forecast, identify upselling opportunities and manage strategic customer relationships.
- Coordinate with Reservations, Sales & Marketing, and F&B to consolidate event accounts and ensure timely invoicing and payment.
- Consult with meeting planners on room configuration, menu planning, décor, and logistics to enhance efficiency and guest experience.
- Supervise post‑event feedback collection, follow‑up, and identify further business opportunities.
Required profile
- Degree or Diploma with 2–5 years of relevant experience in meeting planning within hospitality.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills; ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Required skills
- Excellent PC skills, including proficiency with MS Office.
