职位概况

博世半导体在上海招聘高级现场应用工程师（ME），负责为客户提供技术支持，确保产品成功集成至汽车电子系统。

主要职责

为客户提供现场技术服务，支持博世半导体产品的集成。
排查并解决 MEMS、Automotive IC 等产品的技术问题，涵盖常见失效模式。
编制并交付技术资料、演示方案及应用指南。
统筹管理跨团队项目，协调多部门合作，推动业务目标实现。

任职要求

硕士及以上学历，汽车工程、电气工程或智能网联汽车等相关专业。
2 年以上汽车电子领域工作经验，熟悉功率半导体和 ADAS 技术。
精通汽车安全气囊、ADAS 与自动驾驶相关技术。
深入了解 SiC 裸片的开关、热性能及可靠性。
了解 SiC 芯片在大功率高电压场景（如牵引逆变器）中的应用。
具备嵌入式、Linux、Android 开发经验者优先。
具备 ISO 26262 功能安全工作经验。
