About the role

As a Process Engineer at Bosch Group in Suzhou, you will lead the creation and industrialisation of new manufacturing processes while driving continuous improvement across the production line. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to standardise material and information flow, optimise ergonomics and support layout planning.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, introduce and industrialise new processes.
• Standardise and continuously improve AGV and SRM flows.
• Define cycle times, measure performance, balance lines and analyse bottlenecks.
• Enhance material and information flow visualisation on the shop floor.
• Support layout optimisation and material‑flow design for the department.
• Review ECR/TRB and PFMEA documentation.
• Optimise ergonomics and establish standard time measurements.
• Support the implementation of BPS standard work guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electronic Engineering or higher.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with typical industrial‑engineering tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent oral and written English.
