Marketing Manager – Rainbow Six China

About the role

Ubisoft is seeking a Marketing Manager to act as the bridge between the global Rainbow Six Siege marketing teams and Tencent in China. You will ensure smooth coordination, information flow, and alignment of global priorities with local market needs, supporting the successful development and promotion of Rainbow Six Siege in the Chinese market.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between Ubisoft’s global Rainbow Six Siege teams and Tencent, ensuring continuous visibility on marketing campaigns, priorities, and seasonal roadmaps.
• Facilitate day‑to‑day collaboration by managing asset sharing, feature pitches, product documentation, and campaign materials.
• Coordinate localization requirements and marketing adaptations, working with global teams to maintain consistency and quality.
• Partner with Go‑To‑Market, Marketability, and Product Marketing teams to align priorities and provide context for Tencent’s local initiatives.
• Track timelines, dependencies, and deliverables for China‑focused marketing activities, anticipating risks and accelerating issue resolution.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase visibility, streamline collaboration, and boost operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong operational rigor and excellent organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions.
• Experience coordinating marketing initiatives between global and local teams, preferably in the gaming industry.
