Manager, Vaccine Health Development

About the role

The Manager, Vaccine Health Development will lead access strategy implementation across key provincial and city markets in China. This role focuses on developing regional plans, analyzing policy environments, and establishing effective access models to support vaccine uptake.

Key responsibilities

• Implement access strategy at provincial and city levels.
• Develop and execute regional implementation plans and policy advocacy.
• Establish successful access models, including SOPs and playbooks.
• Design KDM coverage plans and map key decision makers in target markets.
• Conduct KDM visits, gather insights, and share information with regional teams.
• Manage key projects on external platforms and ensure effective regional execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of field access experience (e.g., GAMA, innovative market access, KA).
• Strong client management and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to coordinate across teams and deliver analyses and presentations.
• Innovative thinker with a self‑driven, growth‑mindset.
• Preferred experience in the vaccine field, RM/RPM strategy, and new product launches.
