District Hospital Manager – DIA

About the role

The District Hospital Manager, DIA, will act as the hospital administration manager and regional access lead. This role focuses on ensuring safe operational incident resolution, maintaining capacity buffers, and identifying both internal and external access opportunities for the hospital network.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor provincial and municipal VBP and named‑access policies, assessing their potential impact on hospital operations.
• Track implementation of VBP and access policies at the hospital level, documenting processes and key drivers.
• Evaluate department‑level policy rollout plans and identify associated risks and opportunities.
• Prioritize hospital interactions based on risk assessments and opportunity analysis, and plan client engagement activities accordingly.
• Identify and engage key decision‑makers within target hospitals, understanding their motivations and unmet needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers, influencing them through negotiations and collaborative projects.
• Share gathered insights with cross‑functional teams, such as sales, to inform clinical engagement strategies.
• Coordinate regular meetings with internal stakeholders to review risk/opportunity status and track execution progress.
