Manager Retail Training East

About the role

The East Region Retail Training Manager will lead the rollout of the MW 2.0 project across all branches in the East, ensuring franchise business success and people development. This role combines project coordination, training delivery, and continuous improvement to support adidas retail operations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for MW training in the East region, participating in kick‑off and review meetings.
• Gather training needs, provide improvement suggestions, and drive project iteration.
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to report progress, risks, and support requirements.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for MW, develop and customize training content, and run Train‑the‑Trainer sessions.
• Deliver basic, seasonal, and project‑based training to retail staff, covering product knowledge, service, selling skills, store operations, and management.
• Coach store teams, evaluate in‑shop training implementation, and visit stores regularly.
• Plan yearly and monthly regional training calendars, track delivery, maintain records, and produce training reports.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years experience in retail training, retail operations, or project implementation.
• Strong project coordination and cross‑team communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work under expansion pressure.
• Passion for sports is a plus.

Required skills

• Excellent PowerPoint skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Fluent Mandarin and good English reading/writing.
