Managed Services Consultant – R&D (Korean Speaking)

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Managed Services Consultant who loves consulting but prefers remote work. The role supports live R&D Vault customers, building long‑term relationships and delivering solutions that meet business needs in the life‑sciences industry.

Key responsibilities

• Keep up to date and implement new features within the Veeva Vault suite.
• Solution and configure Vault applications to meet customer needs, including workflows, document types, security, fields, page layouts and notifications.
• Work closely with customer business and IT staff to understand requirements.
• Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices.
• Act as liaison, managing communication between implementation, maintenance, customer stakeholders and internal Veeva product teams.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English.
• 5+ years experience configuring, supporting and implementing software solutions.
• Proven experience in customer‑facing roles and managing expectations.
• Ability to quickly understand client requirements and propose solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work remotely and independently across multiple clients.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
