Maintenance Training Operation Intern

About the role

Join our Aviation Training division as a Maintenance Training Operation Intern, supporting the delivery and standardisation of training programmes in compliance with international aviation regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Support maintenance training document management, ensuring preparation, completion, and archiving of training dossiers and certificates in line with EASA, CAAC and Airbus standards.
• Assist with internal and external audits (EASA, CAAC, Airbus) and maintain up‑to‑date training materials and official forms on the company network.
• Contribute to business development projects such as e‑dossier, competency‑based training studies, collaborations with third parties, and local training initiatives.
• Help digitise instructor and training dossiers to fully comply with Part‑147 regulations and Airbus requirements.
• Provide administrative support for the department, including logistics, travel arrangements for visitors, HR queries, and organisation of events or workshops.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Management, Aviation or a related field.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Interest in aviation and willingness to learn quickly.
• Team‑oriented, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Airbus technical knowledge.
