Maintenance Technician

About the role

Envalior is looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure stable and reliable operation of production equipment in a high‑performance materials manufacturing environment. The role supports on‑time delivery and continuous improvement of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily, weekly and monthly maintenance plans, including PPM for critical safety and tooling equipment.
• Perform equipment inspections, servicing, modifications and repairs, and document all activities.
• Analyze equipment failures, summarize data, and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, JSAs and other maintenance documentation.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis for downtime and implement improvements.
• Train production operators on basic equipment operation and maintenance.
• Support spare‑parts inventory checks and manage spare/idle equipment.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects and provide emergency maintenance during nights, weekends and holidays.

Required profile

• College degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of solid maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Familiarity with rotating and static equipment and with mechanical, instrumentation/electrical systems.
• Experience in preventive maintenance (PPM) and improving equipment integrity.
• Strong troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis capability.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
