MAE Project Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical)

About the role

As an MAE Project Engineer at Bosch Group in Changsha, you will lead the planning and execution of manufacturing automation and equipment (MAE) projects from concept to final acceptance. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers and customers to ensure projects meet quality, budget and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and control the project through all phases, ensuring alignment with budget and schedule.
• Analyse product process flows, organise workshops and develop line and station concepts that meet process and product requirements.
• Coordinate with PIR and suppliers for line ordering, construction and commissioning at the customer site.
• Deliver qualified projects on time and within the allocated budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• More than 5 years of experience in MAE arrangement or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of project management methods and tools.
• Background in mechanical and electrical engineering.
• Ability to lead, motivate, organise and communicate across cultures.
• Fluent English.
