About the role
The Logistics Officer will support warehouse operations at the ISH Warehouse in Shenzhen, ensuring that labor distribution and workflow meet quality and production targets. This full‑time, onsite position involves handling a range of warehouse tasks and operating material handling equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage labor distribution and workflow to achieve quality and production goals.
- Perform standard warehouse operations independently.
- Support receiving, storing, inventory control, shipping and order fulfillment across one or more departments.
- Transport and stage products, operating equipment such as pallet jacks, stackers and forklifts after certification.
- Maintain work and product storage areas.
Required profile
- Limited prior relevant training or work experience.
- Capable of contributing to unskilled tasks and following established procedures.
- Limited discretion to vary from standard processes.
Required skills
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jack, stacker, forklift) after certification.
- Perform warehouse functions including receiving, storing, inventory control, shipping and order fulfillment.
