Lead, Inbound Insights & CIP Management (China)

About the role

Logitech is looking for an expert in Global Inbound Logistics to lead its inbound logistics CIP project and Insights provider, based in the Suzhou or Shenzhen operation office. The role manages the logistics control tower and oversees the flow of goods from global suppliers, with a strong focus on Global Inbound Continuous Improvement Projects across the Operations organization. It combines subject-matter expertise with hands-on business analysis and data/AI capabilities to improve efficiency, decision-making and supply chain visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global inbound transportation from suppliers to Logitech distribution centers and manage day-to-day control tower operations, ensuring on-time delivery, visibility and exception resolution.
• Lead inbound supply chain optimization initiatives such as network design, lead time reduction, container utilization and landed cost control.
• Perform practical business analysis, using analytics, AI tools and Power BI dashboards to evaluate network performance, maintain EDI data quality, improve ETA accuracy and support strategy.
• Manage 3PL/4PL freight forwarders, drive vendor evaluations, scorecard reviews (MBR/QBR), onboarding, SLA compliance and service improvements.
• Partner with Global Planning, Logistics Procurement, RCCs and Manufacturing Operations to align shipping plans, optimize mode selection and mitigate supply disruptions.
• Direct logistics projects using tools such as Asana and drive long-term process optimization.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in global logistics or transportation management, with expert-level knowledge of end-to-end inbound logistics.
• Proven experience operating within or leading an end-to-end logistics control tower.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of the global logistics market, including carrier networks, customs and regulatory landscapes.
• Track record of driving mid-term and long-term process optimization and strategic CIPs, and of collaborating across global teams.
• Solid financial acumen, including budget management, landed cost modeling and freight audit support.

Required skills

• Hands-on business analysis and dashboard/reporting (e.g., Asana).
• Preferred: AI applications in supply chain, PMP certification, Asana, and a Master's degree or professional certifications such as CSCP.
