Laboratory Test Engineer

About the role

The Laboratory Test Engineer will manage and execute experiments in a fully onsite environment at Regal Rexnord's Shenzhen office. The role focuses on delivering experimental results within planned timeframes while maintaining a safe and organized lab.

Key responsibilities

• Manage expectations and progress of experiments to meet objectives within the planned timeframe.
• Plan and allocate experiments based on personnel and equipment utilization.
• Coordinate resources and assist team members in completing assigned experiments.
• Develop new experimental methods or testing equipment and maintain existing LabVIEW/PLC programs.
• Support future experimental needs and actively optimize processes, methods, or equipment.
• Manage laboratory 6S and safety, supervising members to maintain a good testing environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a testing lab.
• Good reading and writing English.
• Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and willingness to work hands‑on.

Required skills

• Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks or SolidEdge.
• Basic knowledge of PLC or LabVIEW logic, able to perform maintenance and troubleshooting.
