Kindergarten English Teacher (Shanghai)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Kindergarten English Teacher to join our international kindergarten in downtown Shanghai for the 2026‑27 academic year starting September 2026. You will create an immersive English learning environment for children aged 2‑6 and work closely with teaching assistants.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver daily English lessons to assigned kindergarten classes, using games, music, books, art and technology.
• Plan lessons, manage the classroom, and organise activities that support basic skill development.
• Assess each child’s progress regularly and provide personalized instruction to help meet educational milestones.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to maintain a supportive and optimal learning environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field.
• Minimum two years of formal classroom teaching experience.
• TEFL/TESOL certification of at least 120 hours.
• Excellent English communication skills.
