Kindergarten English Teacher – Beijing

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Kindergarten English Teacher to join our international early‑learning campus in Beijing’s Chaoyang district. You will create an immersive English environment for children aged 3‑6, fostering bilingual development from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver daily English lessons and classroom activities for assigned kindergarten groups.
• Plan lessons, manage the classroom, and organize learning resources.
• Use games, music, books, art, and technology to teach basic skills and support child development.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and fellow staff to maintain a nurturing learning environment.
• Assess each child’s progress regularly and tailor instruction to meet educational milestones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years experience in ESL early‑childhood education.
• TEFL/TESOL/ELL certification required; Montessori certification preferred.
