Key Account Manager – Japanese (B2B, Medical)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Key Account Manager who will lead sales and profit growth for our high‑performance products in the healthcare and specialty segments. The role focuses on managing existing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and acting as the bridge between customers and our product development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and EBITDA growth for assigned key accounts.
• Develop new accounts and expand opportunities using a structured sales pipeline.
• Build trusted relationships with customers based on openness, honesty, and reliability.
• Research product applications and industry value chains to support marketing and product development.
• Collaborate with PD&TS to convey customer requirements and support product development.
• Provide market intelligence to senior management for strategic planning.
• Negotiate pricing, volume, and terms in line with company policies.
• Assist in annual sales budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain current account receivables and support logistics, finance, and manufacturing teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a technical field (preferred).
• At least 8 years of experience in multinational or Fortune 500 companies.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B key‑account management experience.
• Knowledge of the medical industry is a plus.
• Experience working with Japanese companies is preferred.
• Fluent in business‑level Japanese and English.
