About the role
CEVA Logistics is seeking a Senior Specialist to manage key accounts in Central China, driving growth and strengthening customer relationships within our global supply chain network.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for major customers in the region.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of logistics solutions, including contract logistics, air, ocean, ground, and vehicle transport.
- Monitor account performance, identify opportunities for upselling, and resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Proven experience in key account management within logistics or related industries.
- Strong understanding of supply chain services and ability to communicate value propositions.
Required skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
