Junior Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

Littelfuse is seeking a Junior Manufacturing Engineer to support CCD validation, debugging, and optimization across new automation machines. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure high‑quality CCD inspection and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in CCD validation plans for new technologies and upgrades, producing validation reports.
• Assist teams in developing optimal CCD proposals for new automation machine projects.
• Debug CCD issues with suppliers and support the setup of CCD programs for new projects.
• Collaborate with ME/PE to complete MSA quality validation for CCD inspections.
• Support visual engineers and maintenance teams with daily CCD troubleshooting.
• Optimize CCD inspection hardware or software to improve yield.
• Maintain regular updates and backups of CCD programs.
• Help establish a standardized CCD system and applications.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a background in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Experience or familiarity with CCD technology and inspection systems.
• Understanding of MSA (Measurement System Analysis) principles.
• Basic knowledge of automation machine development processes.
