职位概况
加入Bosch集团，参与AI时代汽车工程研发方式的变革，设计并落地AI赋能的全新工程流程。
主要职责
- 推动重新定义AI时代的汽车工程研发方式。
- 设计AI赋能汽车工程的全新过程。
- 与设计、仿真、可靠性、耐久测试、软件开发等领域专家协作，挖掘高价值AI应用场景。
- 将真实工程挑战转化为AI/ML解决方案，主导从概念验证到生产落地。
- 构建并持续优化支撑智能工程工作流的数据管道、算法与软件系统。
任职要求
- 软件工程、计算机科学、数学、人工智能或相关领域硕士学位。
- 精通Python、C/C++，具备扎实的数据结构和算法功底。
- 在机器学习、深度学习、算法和数据处理方面有坚实基础。
- 熟悉AI/ML框架和工具，如PyTorch、TensorFlow或等效产品。
