职位概况
为VIP客户提供现场技术支持，确保问题快速解决，提升客户满意度。
主要职责
- 为VIP客户提供专属现场支持，问题解决率保持在95%以上。
- 负责Windows操作系统及Office套件的日常维护、故障诊断与优化。
- 快速定位并上报网络、VPN或服务器相关的复杂终端用户问题。
- 在高节奏环境中管理多项支持请求，确保平均响应时间低于15分钟。
任职要求
- 至少1年VIP技术支持或同等岗位经验。
- 熟练掌握Microsoft Windows操作系统和Office产品的支持与排错。
- 具备IT基础设施基础知识，能够独立排查网络拓扑、VPN连接及服务器问题。
- 英语流利，具备良好的书面和口头沟通能力，能够在跨国团队中工作。
- 具备快速学习能力和抗压能力。
