职位概况
负责公司数字化应用系统的日常管理与维护，提供软硬件技术支持，确保系统稳定运行。
主要职责
- 系统部署、权限管理、操作培训及问题跟踪解决。
- 处理产线数字化设备（电脑、网络、AGV、RFID、PDA、扫描枪、打印机等）软硬件故障。
- 作为L1技术支持，根据工单紧急程度遵守SLA，提升用户满意度。
- 分析用户问题，制定改进方案，实现运维自动化。
- 完成上级交代的其他任务。
任职要求
- 计算机应用或相关专业毕业，具两年以上大中型企业IT软硬件管理经验。
- 熟悉Windows、Linux操作系统及LAN/WLAN网络。
- 了解标签打印机、PDA、扫描枪等硬件设备的运维。
- 熟练使用Powershell、SQL，具备基础代码能力。
- 英语听说读写流利，具良好沟通表达能力。
- 具服务意识、团队精神，抗压能力强。
