IT Onsite Support Engineer – Zhuhui

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated IT Onsite Support Engineer to join our international team in Zhuhai. You will provide first‑ and second‑level technical assistance to internal users, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software and mobile devices.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑ and second‑level support to internal users.
• Analyze, prioritize and resolve incidents and service requests following ITIL‑based processes.
• Log and manage tickets in the incident system.
• Install, configure and maintain workplace equipment, including hardware, software, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Perform standard software installations, updates and patching of business applications.
• Document processes, prepare reports and create knowledge‑base articles.
• Collaborate with product teams, development and other business departments.

Required profile

• Education in IT or a comparable qualification.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT support, service desk or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skills for resolving user and system issues.
• Structured, solutions‑oriented and autonomous working style.
• Professional, service‑minded attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a customer‑focused manner.
• Team player with experience in international, multicultural environments.
• Fluent Mandarin and good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work onsite in Zhuhai and provide a recent criminal record certificate.
