Internal Communications Manager – China

About the role

The Internal Communications Manager will shape the way lululemon China shares its story, values, and priorities with employees. Reporting to the Director of Communications & Corporate Affairs, this role ensures that leadership messages are clear, engaging, and aligned with the brand’s tone.

Key responsibilities

• Craft and edit executive communications, including newsletters, leadership messages, announcements, and special moments.
• Design and launch creative internal communication initiatives that foster connection, alignment, and a sense of belonging across diverse teams.
• Explore new formats, channels, and storytelling approaches to keep internal communications fresh and two‑way.
• Act as a bridge between functions such as SSC, Retail, People & Culture, and Brand, ensuring information flows clearly and insights are surfaced.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to plan and execute internal campaigns, cultural activations, and community‑building activities.

Required profile

• Open‑minded, creative, and culturally intuitive with a strong passion for storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to translate business priorities into human‑focused messages.
• Proven ability to work as a trusted communications partner to senior leadership.
• Experience designing engaging employee communication programs that drive engagement and belonging.
