Information & Cyber Security Expert

About the role

Bosch is integrating the Residential & Light Commercial business acquired from Johnson Controls into its IT network, with a target completion date of December 2029. The Information & Cyber Security Expert will act as the Cyber Security Manager for assigned sites and applications, ensuring business continuity while supporting the integration.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Cyber Security contact for assigned projects, sites, and IT applications.
• Plan and execute Cyber Security assessments, including security audits and risk analyses.
• Deliver standardized IT compliance services such as vulnerability management, operator self‑check reviews, coordination of penetration tests, and awareness training.
• Report Cyber Security status to stakeholders, including plant managers and IT owners.
• Consult on and support the implementation of risk mitigation and IT compliance measures.
• Maintain an inventory of risks, track remediation actions, and promote an IT risk‑aware culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in information security, cyber security, IT risk analysis or audits.
• Proven ability to conduct comprehensive security assessments and audits.
• Stakeholder‑driven attitude with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a global, fast‑paced team.
