Influencer Marketing Team Leader (DACH or French)

About the role

Halara is looking for a seasoned Influencer Marketing Team Leader to shape and execute its influencer strategy on Instagram and YouTube across the DACH region or French‑speaking markets. You will drive brand awareness, user growth and sales conversion through high‑impact content campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with product launches and brand initiatives.
• Lead a high‑performing influencer marketing team, assign tasks, provide guidance and ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor, analyze and report KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, conversion rate and cost‑per‑engagement, using data to continuously optimise tactics.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, e‑commerce and brand teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Create detailed content briefs and give actionable feedback to influencers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the internet industry, with proven success in Instagram or YouTube influencer campaigns.
• Strong project‑management capabilities and experience leading teams in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent business logic and data‑analysis skills to translate insights into growth.
• Proficiency in German or French (B2 level or higher) for communication with KOLs and market analysis.
