职位概况
负责生产体系岗位招聘及全流程人事管理，确保团队人力充足并支持员工成长。
主要职责
- 主导生产体系各类岗位招聘，完成简历筛选、面试、谈薪、offer发放、入职跟进等全流程工作。
- 落地并跟进公司人力资源制度在生产环节的执行，包括绩效、人才盘点、培训等。
- 统筹或支持员工活动的开展，深化业务一线沟通，建立信任关系。
- 监控劳动用工风险，处理复杂劳动争议，完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，药学、人力资源管理、心理学或相关专业。
- 2年以上HR工作经验，至少1年医药或生物工程行业经验。
- 精通招聘配置、员工关系模块，熟悉劳动法律法规，具备用工风险管控能力。
- 沟通协调能力良好，细心负责、执行力强，具备团队赋能思维。
