职位概况
负责区域门店的人力资源整体规划与执行，支持新店开业招聘、离职补充及人力编制控制，提升人力资源工作质量与效率。
主要职责
- 依据区域业绩目标，制定并落实招聘、离职补充及人力控编计划。
- 组织门店绩效考核、员工培训及人才梯队建设。
- 与门店保持沟通，识别需求痛点，提供并落地人力资源解决方案。
- 负责区域人力资本指标，优化重点工作提升效率。
- 管理员工关系、关怀与福利活动，营造和谐组织氛围。
- 监督总部政策在门店的执行，及时反馈并推动改进。
任职要求
- 统招本科及以上学历，人力资源管理或相关专业。
- 具备终端门店或基层岗位招聘经验者优先。
- 沟通能力强，踏实务实，能解决复杂问题。
